Gavin Hay has been building quality homes in Queenstown since 2004. With decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, Gavin is known for his meticulous attention to detail, high-quality workmanship, and commitment to delivering homes that are built to last.

A Licensed Building Practitioner, qualified carpenter, and experienced site manager, Gavin also holds Site 2 licensing — a reflection of his extensive knowledge and capability across a wide range of both residential and commercial building projects. This combination of formal qualifications and practical experience places Gavin among a select group of highly credentialed builders in the Queenstown region.
